"I called Alex Martell about home owners insurance and emailed him the documents he requested. Followed up twice with no response. I would avoid this company as there are agencies with much better customer service and response times in the area."

"We were using a different State Farm agent could never get them on the phone. I won’t mention their names. We called this office in Wellington they answered their phone first ring Bingo we have a winner. Stoped by the office quick they were very knowledgeable about our situation we switched over quick and easy. So if your current SF agency doesn’t answer their phone first phone or get back to you after leaving messages after message come on over to State Farm in Wellington they will treat you right."
